Why the name Hineni?
Hineni (הִנֵּנִי) pronounced hee-NAY-nee, is a Hebrew phrase meaning “Here I am”

For us this is more then just showing up, it is a total presence and “All-In” commitment to doing whatever is needed to getting the job done. With every work order we receive, we want to accomplish the four “Here I am” statements below to the best of our ability:
- HERE I AM, READY: Before leaving the office, our technicians will have all requested materials, paper work, contact info, addresses and equipment needed to complete the task.
- HERE I AM, LISTENING: Once on site, technicians will make sure that they understand the issues and objectives that the customer and partner is wanting to accomplish. Technicians will communicate any changes or unaddressed services with the partner that are being requested by on-site personnel before preforming anything not in scope.
- HERE I AM, FOCUSED: While clocked in technicians will work diligently to complete the task as quickly and efficiently as possible. Having resolved personal and bodily needs before starting the service call.
- HERE I AM, ACCOUNTABLE: Before leaving site, technicians will test everything with site contact and confirm no other issues have surfaced. Call and work with support to confirm their side is good. Only leaving site when the work order is fully complete or future arrangements( ex. parts needed, carrier issue, etc.) have been made. Finally making sure all parties are informed of resolution.
This is our goal for every work order submitted. We know that the standard of service technicians has changed over the year and sadly not always for the better. But we strive to change that by being reliable, dependable, and working with integrity. Though we know there are times when the unforeseen can happen, we are committed to keeping it at a minimum and not wasting your time and money.
